What Can You Return?

You can return most of our professional confetti cannons, including:

Professional handheld, electric, high-volume cannons, and T-shirt cannons.

Our Easy Return Process

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from your purchase date to initiate a return.

Unused and Unopened: Your item must be unused and in its original condition.

Shipping Costs: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your return package for protection.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

A Few Things We Can’t Return

Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

Disposable confetti cannons, custom color confetti, custom color streamers.

Rental Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy for rental reservations and cancellations:

• 30+ Days Notice: Full refund
• 15-29 Days Notice: 50% refund
• 1-14 Days Notice: No refund
• After Shipment: No refund
